We are currently looking for an After Sales Support. 

With your excellent technical expertise and solution oriented approach you support internal and external customers when they are in need of technical support. Whether it is advice for installation, maintenance, repair or issues with our sold solutions, with your analytical skills you can help find a solution. You take corrective actions to ensure customers’ satisfaction, resolve technical product-related issues and grant a 5 star service. In short, you get energized by increasing our customer satisfaction!

What you’ll do here? 

As the BuzziSpace After Sales Support you will be helping us with the following: 

Complaint Support 

  • You analyze technical customer complaints and work out a solution together with our internal sales 
  • Determine the cause of the claim and advise preemptive measures if required 
  • Organize or assist remotely with on-site interventions


After Sales Support 

  • You are responsible for the spare part management 
  • You collect and analyze the returned defects and advice on preemptive actions if required 
  • Arrange returns and credits to our suppliers and manage the administrative part of this
  • You organize a replacement service for defective components, such as light engines, drivers, electrical and electronic components, which will be a new service by BuzziSpace
  • You investigate the needs and possibilities of setting up a repair service, which will be a new ser-vice by BuzziSpace


Technical Sales Support 

  • You are the go-to for our internal sales in case of technical questions 
  • You build and maintain a knowledge base containing FAQs, working closely with product man-agement, product development and internal sales. This will be a new service within BuzziSpace. 
  • You are a key stakeholder in the weekly quality meeting 


Product Services Support 

  • Within the product management team you help to maintain continuity in keeping our service levels high towards the customers and sales in case of absences, leaves or holidays of colleagues 
  • You are the number 1 backup for handling and following up Custom / bespoke request for products 
  • You assist in certification related matters where you can 

You will be part of the product management team and will work closely with colleagues in Antwerp, Turnhout, Bladel (NL) and the US.

  • You know the basic electrical and mechanical principles 
  • You have a technical background or previous professional experience
