Customer Service Representative - High Point

BuzziSpace is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be our Customer Service and order management expert. You will provide support service for our sales team located in different areas of the US and Canada. You will be responsible for quoting, order entry, and following the order through the complete process, as well as other tasks.

You will receive internal training and work at our High Point facility.

Role and responsibilities

  • Key point of contact for Regional Sales Managers, sales reps, dealers, distributors and agents
  • Process the incoming Sales orders & manage the order flow. Proactively manage and resolve order and customer related issues
  • Manage sales representative requests & inquiries by telephone and per e-mail: general inquiries on lead times, product information, progress of Sales orders, sales quotes…
  • Escalating to/liaising with the team leader
  • Follow up on due payments
  • Provide back-up assistance to the team when necessary


  • Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
  • Professional level of spoken and written skills
  • Computer literacy essential, especially Microsoft Office & ERP system
  • Full-time work schedule
