Customer Service Representative - Winston-Salem

We are currently looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team in North Carolina, US. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be our Customer Service and order management expert. 

You will receive internal training and work at our co-work in Winston-Salem. This position will report to our CSR Coordinator, who works at the same location.

What you’ll do here? 

  • You will provide support service for our sales team located in different areas of the US and Canada 
  • You will be responsible for quoting, order entry, and following the order through the complete process 
  • You will proactively manage and resolve order and customer related issues 
  • You follow up on due payments and credit limits 
  • You escalate | liaise with other departments when necessary 
  • You are the key point of contact for customers, dealers, distributors and agents 
  • You manage customer requests & inquiries by telephone and per e-mail: general inquiries on lead times, product information, progress of sales orders,… 
  • You provide back-up assistance to the team when necessary 
  • You will be an integral part of a positive customer experience

  • You hold a Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience 
  • You are a positive team player with a good sense of humor and a commercial mind 
  • You are self-organized and able to work autonomously 
  • You have excellent communication skills and attention to detail 
  • You are a proactive thinker, problem solving and have the ability to prioritize, analyze, plan and coordinate workload 
  • You are professional, digitally savvy and have MS Office Suite and CRM experience
