As BuzziSpace’s Master Data Specialist,  

• You value master data quality and perform analysis on the quality
• You understand business processes and product supply chains, enabling to successfully translate business needs into information and data requirements

What you’ll do here?

• You are responsible for managing and setting up data in the ERP database
• You will assure the quality of the data linked to the product master data, provided by other stakeholders (such as Finance – Supply Chain – Purchase – Customer Service)
• You document processes and how to’s about Master Data Management
• You provide support in product development, proposals and research concerning Master Data Management.
• You guide the data requestors to the correct data and data quality
• You do analysis and provide help in case of issues and questions
• You have a participative and responsible role in several implementation projects and therefore will be addressed as a key user
• You provide support in supply chain master data, experience on this matter is a plus
• Roll out ERP and Master data security
• You maintain production BOM’s in the system, act on changes, …
• Stay informed on evolutions in Master Data Management and identify opportunities within BuzziSpace

We’d love to hear from you if … 

• You have hands-on experience with data management and in solving challenges for master data management, data quality problems or complex data integration
• You are aware of challenges related to the set-up of Data & Analytics-driven organizations;
• You understand the importance of change management in the implementation of data and information management strategies
• You are result-oriented with expert problem solving and analytical skills
• You have knowledge | expertise with ERP packages
• You are a problem solver
• You know how to prioritize and respect deadlines
• You are a multitasker and see it as a challenge to tackle multiple projects at once
• You know how to place details in a larger strategic vision
• You dare to ask, think critical and propose improvements
• You are proficient in Dutch and English
