Quality & Process Analyst - Turnhout | Bladel

We are currently looking for a talented Quality & Process Analyst to join our Quality & Process Governance department in Bladel | Turnhout.

As the BuzziSpace Quality & Process Analyst you will be helping to ensure and optimize quality of organization, product and service. You will ensure execution of operational and coordinating activities within the Quality & Process Governance department.

You will receive extensive internal training and will be mostly based in our office in Turnhout and Bladel (the Netherlands). You will work closely together with colleagues in Antwerp, Turnhout, Bladel (NL) and the US. You will report to our Quality and Process Governance Coordinator and be part of the Operations team.

What you’ll do here?

Our Quality & Process Governance department oversees and is responsible for the efficient operation and continuous optimization of all primary processes, internal and external, which affect the quality of our products and organization.

As Quality & Process Analyst you are the point of contact for all operational Quality & Process matters and you are responsible for:

  • Registration, coordination and execution of claims to suppliers in close cooperation with After sales and Purchasing
  • Product and production quality measurements and reporting
  • Designing, drafting, maintaining and revising of quality and/or process related documents
  • Description, analysis and improvement of current business processes
  • Designing and proposing new business processes
  • Preparation of functional designs for process automation and assurance
  • Supporting and performing internal and external (supplier) product and process quality audits

We’d love to hear from you if …

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • You are analytical, keep the overview and manage to set priorities under changing circumstances
  • You have a natural interest in and affinity for quality and process, primarily within Operations (Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing)
  • You are precise and have good administrative skills
  • You have basic technical automation and process knowledge and insights (be able to think binary)
  • You have basic skills or strong interest in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics environment)
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Visio, Word, Teams etc.)
  • You have good social skills and have a positive no-nonsense attitude. You dare to speak and ask.
  • You don’t mind working on multiple locations (Bladel, Turnhout, abroad occasionally)
  • You have excellent verbal & written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • You have your home base nearby Turnhout or Bladel (NL)
