Regional Sales Manager - Eastern Europe and Austria

BuzziSpace is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Eastern Europe and Austria

Role and responsibilities

  • You manage the Austrian and Eastern European markets (excluding Russian Federation)
  • You report directly to the EMEA Sales Director
  • You are responsible for reaching the regional sales target, DSO and GM% in your region
  • You manage the discount policies in your region with the agents, distributors and customers
  • You are the regional point of contact for the BuzziSpace International Accounts team/manager and the point of contact for all global accounts sales people from Haworth in your region
  • You manage all the Haworth related projects, their events and Haworth market related matters
  • You do market research, analyze competitors
  • You support and expand our dealer and lighting dealer network with the aim of establishing long-term growth and collaborative partnerships
  • You develop and support business activities targeting Architects and Designers, Dealers, Project management Firms & End User Accounts
  • You develop an annual strategic sales plan and hiring plan for your region to meet the sales targets
  • You promote the BuzziSpace brand by coordinating and leading corporate, product and in market trainings, site or showroom tours, as well as local& national marketing events
  • You achieve an expert level BuzziSpace brand and product knowledge
  • Continuous maintenance of our Podio customer and Podio project database is an essential part of your work
  • You are present at our various local trade fairs and events
  • Your basis is a home-office and you regularly meet with your colleagues in London Office or in the Antwerp HQ.


  • You have a bachelor’s Degree – Marketing, Business or Interior Design
  • You are proficient in English, German and other Slavic languages a plus
  • You have 6+ Years B2B Sales Experience
