Showroom and Sales Support Assistant - London

BuzziSpace is looking for a Showroom and Sales Support Assistant for its London office.

Your main role is to assist the sales team by developing design solutions, specifications and cost proposals based on the various requests received through the different sales channels.

Role and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for completing proposals against agreed timelines with the sales team.
  • You work alongside the sales team and prepare & issue quotations in line with the requests and agreed on timelines from the sales teams.
  • You generate a pitch presentation including proposals, counterproposals, acoustic performances, and argumentations referring to the initial brief of the customer.
  • You will be required to generate product and project quotations using the ERP system (NAV) where accuracy is key in the execution.
  • You will provide specific sales support to a few major dealer accounts which will involve time spent with each dealer in order to take project briefs along with providing a supporting role in client meetings.
  • You will be required to host showroom visits, welcome clients and visitors and provide an engaging presentation to our potential & existing clients.
  • You will keep track of the proposals by using the Podio database system to update progress and to allow the sales teams to follow up each proposal.


  • You connect on a regular basis with your counterparts in the organization (HQ) to challenge, share ideas, suggestions, projects, insights from your market.
  • You liaise with our approved installation team to generate installation quotations in support of the sales team.
  • You create ‘mock-up’ support information upon request.
  • You keep up with the trends in workplace design and reflect this knowledge through your execution of design proposals.
  • You share on a regular basis within the organization the various ‘live’ projects and also the projects won & lost, including the reasoning behind this outcome.
  • You will share phone answering responsibilities with our CSR.
  • You provide administrative assistance to ensure that the day to day management of the showroom is maintained.
  • You provide assistance in ensuring that the showroom is kept at a consistently high standard in terms of its overall appearance. This will include liaising with HQ to ensure that new products are integrated effectively into the showroom.
  • You have increased connection with counterparts, sales, and the customer services representatives.
  • You can look back at a minimum of 3 years of relevant B2B Sales environment experience 
  • You have a professional level spoken and written English

  • You keep the overview and manage to set priorities under changing circumstances
  • You have good social skills, are communicative, assertive and have a positive no-nonsense attitude
  • You have an eye for details
  • You have excellent presentation skills, professionalism
