Are you analytically strong, communicative, and energized by structure and overview? Do you enjoy the challenge of smartly aligning customer demand, capacity, and materials? Then we’re looking for you as our new Master Planner!

In this role, you are the key player in our production planning. You translate commercial ambitions into a realistic and efficient plan, ensuring we always deliver on time. Thanks to your insights, processes run smoothly, customers are satisfied, and production capacity is optimally utilized.

What You’ll Do Here:

As Master Planner, you focus on both capacity and materials. You’ll work closely with the Plant Manager, Customer Service, and Production Management.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Create and continuously adjust capacity and material planning.
  • Identify and escalate deviations in the planning.
  • Set delivery priorities together with department heads.
  • Think ahead and anticipate large new projects.
  • Perform analyses and evaluations to optimize capacity and material usage.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Logistics to balance supply and demand.
  • Provide backup support for forecast and demand planning if needed.

 Additionally, We Ask For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level through experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in production planning.
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Navision | Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with BI reporting is a plus.
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
