In modern corporate environments, different office zones face unique acoustic and visual challenges. Conference rooms require high speech clarity for video calls, open desk rows need lateral sound buffering to maintain speech privacy, and social lounges require soft noise containment to keep chatter from spilling into quiet focus areas.
By combining energy-efficient LED illumination with high-density acoustic felt and soft textiles, acoustic lighting solutions target the Acoustic ABCs (Absorb, Block, Contain) right at the ceiling level. Here is a breakdown of flagship BuzziSpace acoustic lights—including our newest design innovations—organized by workspace area.
Designed for formal conference suites and large team tables, BuzziJet features a wide, cylindrical upholstered felt shade that tackles noise over expansive surface areas.
Acoustic ABC Action: Absorbs rising speech chatter within its hollow inner core before sound waves bounce off hard ceilings.
Workplace Benefit: Enhances overall speech clarity during hybrid conference calls by dampening room echo.
Engineered for spaces requiring heavy lumen output alongside sound absorption, BuzziMoon pairs an architectural LED engine with a dense felt ring.
Acoustic ABC Action: Its flat acoustic base absorbs direct sound reflections rising from polished conference tables.
Workplace Benefit: Delivers bright, glare-free downlighting necessary for detailed tasks and video meetings.
A modern take on a timeless classic, BuzziShade Square provides structured geometry and high-density felt performance for medium meeting rooms.
Acoustic ABC Action: Thick felt panels absorb mid-frequency speech chatter and stop sound energy from bouncing between perimeter glass walls.
Workplace Benefit: Improves speech privacy by keeping vocal reflections localized within the meeting room boundary.
When individual pendant lights aren't enough for long desk clusters, BuzziZepp Light functions as a floating acoustic ceiling panel integrated with linear LED lighting.
Acoustic ABC Action: Blocks traveling sound paths while its broad horizontal surface absorbs widespread ambient chatter across workstations.
Workplace Benefit: Defines collaborative team zones without building solid walls or blocking natural light.
Designed as an elongated acoustic beam, BuzziShield Light is built specifically for long benching setups and high-traffic desk rows.
Acoustic ABC Action: Vertical upholstered sides absorb lateral speech reflections while serving as a physical sound shield between face-to-face seats.
Workplace Benefit: Delivers continuous, uniform task illumination while reducing ambient distraction across open desks.
With its soft, rounded dome geometry, BuzziDome adds elegance to informal reception areas, coffee bars, and lounge spots.
Acoustic ABC Action: Absorbs localized conversations within its upholstered dome cavity, trapping sound at its source.
Workplace Benefit: Emits warm, diffuse lighting that creates an inviting atmosphere while preventing social chatter from disrupting surrounding focus rows.
Featuring a curved, organic silhouette, BuzziChip is one of our newest additions engineered specifically to break up rigid geometric lines in modern social breakouts.
Acoustic ABC Action: Soft foam body absorbs ambient vocal noise and diffuses sound waves across open lounge spaces.
Workplace Benefit: Acts as a bold architectural centerpiece while providing localized noise control above lounge seating.
For micro-zones requiring subtle acoustic interventions, BuzziLight Mono offers lighting encased in a delicate felt acoustic body.
Acoustic ABC Action: Absorbs sound energy directly above small 2-to-4 person coffee tables and private seating alcoves.
Workplace Benefit: Directs focused downlighting right where people gather without cluttering the ceiling.
