BuzziChicle is made from an acoustic material composed of 80% post-consumer denim and 20% virgin polyester. The acoustic material is mounted on CARB II- and PEFC-certified wood, and the construction contains no adhesives, bonding agents or foam.
Designed for easy disassembly, BuzziChicle can be separated into its primary components at the end of its use, supporting a more circular approach to product design.
Ceiling-suspended acoustic pendant constructed with recycled denim-based acoustic core material and soft fabric upholstery. Its rounded, three-dimensional form adds significant sound-absorbing surface area overhead while naturally scattering and diffusing sound waves across the room. In the representative tested BuzziChicle Round configuration, it delivers consistent broadband absorption—achieving 0.30 Sabins at 125 Hertz, 0.70 Sabins at 250 Hertz, 1.20 Sabins at 500 Hertz, and a steady 1.40 Sabins from 1 Kilohertz up to 4 Kilohertz per element.
